🫖 Tea Talks
[NOTE: AS OF MARCH 2026, TEA TALKS ARE CURRENTLY ON HIATUS]
Tea Talks are small group, guided conversations over tea.
During these events, we all sit on the floor, chat about a pre-determined topic, and sip herbal tea.
We host Tea Talks in Miles' apartment in Bushwick. Usually, we host Tea Talks on the second Wednesday of the month from 7-9pm.
We host Tea Talks to create spaces where strangers can connect via storytelling and tea. By focusing on a particular topic (e.g. childhood, change, dreams), we can learn more about ourselves and each other in a safe space.
Previous Tea Talk topics include: childhood, time, fear, death, home, and love. If you'd like to suggest a topic for a Tea Talk, email us here.
Also, the very act of strangers coming together in someone's apartment is a significant act of trust! Let this be a reminder: inviting strangers into your home to chat over tea is commonplace in other countries.
