🫖 Tea Talks

Free tea and conversation with strangers.

During Tea Talks, we all sit on the floor, chat, and sip herbal tea. This photo taken after a Tea Talk on the topic of dreams.

Tea Talks are small group, guided conversations over tea on a pre-determined topic. We host Tea Talks on a monthly basis in Miles' (the founder) apartment in Bushwick.

Tea Talks typically occur on the second Wednesday of the month from 7-9pm. They are announced via our free newsletter, signup if you'd like to attend!

We host Tea Talks to create spaces where strangers can connect via storytelling and tea. Inviting strangers into your home to chat over tea is commonplace in other countries! And by focusing on a particular topic (e.g. childhood, change, dreams), we can learn more about ourselves and each other in a safe space.

We limit Tea Talks to five participants to keep things intimate.

Previous Tea Talk topics include: childhood, time, fear, death, home, and love.

If you'd like to suggest a topic for a Tea Talk, email us!
